Returns

We generally do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. This is because we are confident in the quality of our products and our quality control processes. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will accept a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via info@aeshal.com within 3 days of your product delivery date for instructions. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any products that are not damaged upon arrival, or for any worn or used products.

Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or colors are not available as we do not generally offer returns or exchanges. If you need assistance with sizing or have questions about our products, please contact our Customer Service team before making a purchase.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees or deductions. Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees.

Shipping Costs
