Ordering

How does the made-to-order process work?

Every piece is made after you order it. We don’t hold inventory. Once you place your order, our team begins work on your piece. This is what keeps the quality consistent and the production intentional.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us at info@aeshal.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we’re unable to make modifications or process cancellations.

Shipping

How long does it take?

Production takes 2–4 weeks from your order date. Once your piece is ready, shipping takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are available at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is made to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We don’t offer refunds on made-to-order items.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us at info@aeshal.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide specific to that style. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

Care

How should I care for my pieces?

Care instructions are included with each order and listed on individual product pages. As a general rule, hand washing in cold water and air drying will extend the life of your pieces significantly.
