Ordering
How does the made-to-order process work?
We cut a small run of every design ahead of time in a few sizes and lengths, so some pieces are finished and ready to send. If your size and length is one of those, it leaves us within 2 days. If it is not, we cut and sew it for you after you order, which takes about 3 to 4 weeks depending on the design. Each product page tells you which applies before you add to cart.
Each design is made in limited numbers: one small run, a few pieces to order, and then we retire it.
Will I see my dress on someone else?
It would surprise us. Each design is one small run plus a few made to order pieces, then it retires for good. The odds of sharing a room with your dress are tiny.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at info@aeshal.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we’re unable to make modifications or process cancellations.
Shipping
How long does it take?
In stock sizes leave us within 2 days. Made to order pieces take about 3 to 4 weeks, and the exact timing is shown on each product page. After dispatch, shipping takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What if my order has one of each?
We ship them separately. The piece that is ready goes out straight away instead of waiting on the one being made, and the second follows as soon as it is finished. There is no extra shipping charge, and you get tracking for each.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We don’t offer refunds on made-to-order items.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at info@aeshal.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every dress is chosen twice: a size for the body, and a length for your height. Each product page includes a size guide specific to that style. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.
Care
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are included with each order and listed on individual product pages. As a general rule, hand washing in cold water and air drying will extend the life of your pieces significantly.
