Shipping and Order Fulfillment

We make a small run of every design ahead of time, and everything else is cut and sewn for you after you order. Here’s how long each takes and how it gets to you.

When your order leaves us

Ready to ship: your size and length is already finished, so it leaves us within 2 business days.

Made to order: we make it for you, which takes about 3 weeks, and then it ships. Each product page shows the exact timing before you add it to your bag, and your order confirmation repeats it line by line.

Orders with both: we ship them separately at no extra charge. Ready to ship pieces go out right away, and made to order pieces follow as soon as they’re finished. You’ll get tracking for each shipment.

Shipping within the US

Free standard tracked shipping on orders of $150 or more.

On orders under $150, live UPS and USPS rates are calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. You’ll see every option and its price before you pay. Faster services are available at checkout for an extra charge.

Once your order ships, US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

International shipping

We ship to 27 countries, including the UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and much of Europe. USPS and DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import fees may apply. These vary by country and are paid by the customer.

Tracking, addresses, and lost parcels

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. To change your shipping address, email us before your order leaves us. If your parcel looks stuck or lost, write to us and we’ll sort it out with the carrier.

When a design runs out

We make a few more to order, and then the design retires. Retired designs don’t come back.
