Shipping and Order Fulfillment

We cut a small run of every design ahead of time, in a handful of sizes and lengths. Those pieces are finished and waiting, so they leave us fast. Everything else is cut and sewn for you after you order.

If your size and length is in stock: it leaves us within 2 days. The product page tells you before you add to cart, and your order confirmation repeats it line by line.

If it is made to order: about 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the design. Some pieces take longer than others because of how they are built, so the exact timing is shown on each product page rather than as one blanket promise.

Orders with both: we ship them separately. The pieces that are ready go out straight away rather than waiting on the rest, and the made to order pieces follow as soon as they are finished. You are not charged twice, and you get tracking for each shipment.

Shipping within the US: standard tracked shipping, free on orders over $150. Transit time after dispatch is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

International shipping: available to most countries. Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

When a design runs out: we make a few more to order, then the design retires. Retired designs do not come back.
