Each Aeshal piece is handmade to order. We don't hold stock — when you place an order, production begins. That's how we keep quality consistent and avoid making things no one asked for.

Production time: 2–4 weeks from the date of your order. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, with tracking information included.

Shipping within the US: Standard tracked shipping. Free on orders over $150. Estimated transit time after shipment: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International shipping: Available to most countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees — these are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Pre-orders and limited drops: Some pieces open for pre-order before production begins. Pre-order timelines are displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation. The same 2–4 week production window applies.
