Returns & Exchanges Policy

Most Aeshal pieces are cut, sewn, and finished by hand for you after you order. A few sizes of each design are made ahead and ship right away. Our returns reflect both.

30-day returns
You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery. It should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

Ready-to-ship pieces
You receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Made-to-order pieces
Because these are cut for you, we offer an exchange for a different size or length, or store credit. Store credit never expires. The product page and your order confirmation show which applies to each piece.

How to start a return
Email info@aeshal.com with your order number, the piece, and the reason. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with instructions. You pay for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue your refund or credit and confirm by email. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once production starts, made-to-order pieces can’t be changed or cancelled.

We may decline a return that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
