30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at info@aeshal.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Your refund amount depends on the condition of your returned item:

Items in original condition receive a full product refund
Used, worn, or altered items are not eligible for a refund
Original shipping fees are not refundable

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return your original item and place a new order—this will get your replacement to you the fastest.

Damaged Items

Received something damaged? Email us right away at info@aeshal.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
